Sustainability and luxury industry innovator, entrepreneur, Laurence Carr,  founded  Laurence Carr Inc., a NYC based regenerative, multifaceted design firm that embraces the Sustainable Development Goals framework and healthy living. With a philosophy of “21st-century Eclecticism,” Laurence seamlessly blends essentialist luxury with contemporary aesthetics while maintaining a deep reverence for biodiversity.

 

Laurence serves on the advisory board of the United Nations Fashion and Lifestyle Network, is a member of the Maison & Objet judging committee for the Sustainable Track. She is also executive producer and host of Chez Laurence, an EarthXTV original docu-series on the topic of circular economy practices, broadcasted worldwide on TV networks. Laurence is a fervent advocate for sustainability and the circular economy, driving globally influential discourse on sustainable interior and product design practices.

A driving force behind the sustainability movement, a USC Marshall Executive MBA candidate, Laurence is a sought-after public speaker  on the topics of circular economy, ESG and sustainability for high-profile roundtables with industry stakeholders or educational panels at industry trade shows in the lifestyle sector and built environment. Her impact is recognized worldwide; she has garnered numerous awards for regenerative design and activations. Her work has graced the pages of prestigious publications like The Wall Street Journal and Forbes.
