I am grateful to have you as my business continues to grow. I am passionate about educating and inspiring each and every one of you about the value of holistic, sustainable design and how to implement the health and wellness strategies that my team and I rely on to inform our work. It is my wish that all beings may inhabit spaces that replenish, re-energize, and align.
I’D LIKE TO SHARE A BIT ABOUT MYSELF TO GIVE YOU AN INSIDE LOOK INTO MY PAST, PRESENT, AND FUTURE.
Although Laurence Carr Inc officially opened its doors in early 2018, I am well into my career as a creative. My story is long and winding, involving some unexpected turns, from life as a professional ballet dancer in the Paris Opera Ballet in France, touring on stages and TV shows in Europe, to working for the Olympic Games in Sydney, Australia.
As a lover of adventurous global travels, I’ve lived on many continents, including Europe, Asia, and Australia, and the US. I worked in set design, stage directing, choreography, and fashion. I thoroughly enjoy visual arts, antiques, contemporary art, installations, and performing arts —all integral parts of my life and career that make up the whole of my passion. The marriage of my international travel exploration and creative pursuits drove me to the intersection of interior design and wellbeing.
Once I settled back in the US, I graduated from Parsons The New School for Design then worked with the esteemed Madame Mica Ertegun at MACII interior design firm in New York City. I also gained a deeper interest in environmental sustainability as I learned more about the harmful impact of the build, architecture, design, and furnishings industry on our Earth’s resources. This sense of responsibility has extended into my personal and professional mission, and is reflected in everything I do.
Since then, I have been nominated as one of the top 100 influencers in the home design industry, and I am a member of The Sustainable Furnishings Council, the National Kitchen Bath Association (NKBA), the American Interior Design Society (ASID), and the International Interior Design Association (IIDA). In an effort to continually find creative forward-thinking furnishings and artisan makers pieces and develop new skills, I travel and attend international trade shows dedicated to sustainability, architecture, design, new technologies, fashion, and art/antiques, yet I am hands-on with every project Laurence Carr Inc takes on.
THE LC TEAM GOES BEYOND CREATING SPACES THAT ALIGN WITH OUR CLIENTS’ AESTHETIC PREFERENCES. WE OFFER LIFE-OPTIMIZING HEALTH AND WELLNESS INSIGHTS THAT ENCOURAGE OUR CLIENTS TO LIVE TO THEIR FULLEST, WHILE PROTECTING THE EARTH FROM UNNECESSARY DAMAGE.
After all, the spaces we inhabit have a direct effect on our wellbeing, which ultimately determines the type of energy we contribute to the greater consciousness. Our goal is to contribute to our clients’ happiness by creating spaces that encourage living in the present moment.

I am honored to provide these high-end interior design and lifestyle services so I may use my creativity to seamlessly blend aesthetics, holistic healing, and sustainability. I realize that I can also use my positive influence to encourage and empower women. The ultimate mission is to contribute a positive impact on the world at large.
